Abathar Tajaldeen is a Partner and Shareholder with ATLAW. His practice focuses on immigration law, business law, and nonprofit law. Mr. Tajaldeen's practice is very personal for him. An immigrant himself, he understands and appreciates how great the stakes can be for families who are dealing with the immigration system. He has represented and advised hundreds of clients with cases in family, employment, investment, and removal immigration. Mr. Tajaldeen's business practice is primarily with startups and small businesses who are attempting to navigate the complexities of the legal system to preserve and grow their enterprises. He has developed his experience advising clients with protecting their intellectual property, licensing and regulatory matters, and contract drafting and negotiations. Mr. Tajaldeen has a keen passion for representing nonprofit organizations in a holistic manner. An executive of a nonprofit for over 10 years, he is able to advise his clients on compliance as well as strategic building and business development. He takes great pride in his role as an advisor and counselor for his clients and does not spare any effort to assist and empower his clients to achieve their objectives.
