Ramy Karnib

Ramy graduated from the University of Michigan-Dearborn with High Distinction in 2019 and from Wayne State University Law School in 2021. He took the bar exam and was admitted as a licensed attorney with the State Bar of Michigan in May of 2022. His legal background includes a variety of work, from in-house business law to Social Security Disability law.

He has worked on many corporate matters, and as you know, has been assisting our corporate department on matters including business formation, franchising, and trademarking for the last couple of months. Ramy is also a licensed REALTOR® in Michigan, continuing to work as a real estate agent out of Keller Williams Legacy.

This goes hand in hand with his passion for real estate law and transactional law. He comes to ATLAW now officially, as a passionate attorney and team member to help service our business and corporate clients, and to help contribute to the firms continued growth and success!
