Nadia Hamade Joins ATLAW’s Corporate Team

ATLAW is pleased to welcome Nadia Hamade to its Corporate team at the Dearborn headquarters. Licensed in both Michigan and Florida, Hamade brings a comprehensive skill set, specializing in government compliance, real estate acquisitions, environmental due diligence, franchise law, business startups, and commercial contracts.


A former Assistant Attorney General in Michigan, Hamade is known for adeptly resolving environmental enforcement actions and administrative permit disputes. In Florida, she served as a Senior Attorney with the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) and Deputy Chief Attorney with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), handling state contracts, real estate compliance, and disputes over earnest money deposits.


As a Wayne State University Law School alumna, Hamade earned her Juris Doctorate and actively participated in the Environmental Law Clinic. Her commitment to excellence was further demonstrated by authoring an Amicus Brief to the U.S. Supreme Court.
